Please read before booking your appointment.

We require a non-refundable & non-transferable 20% deposit to reserve your appointment. This deposit will reserve your slot and allow a stylist to commit their schedule to your appointment. This deposit will go towards the final cost of your service, so make sure you triple-check that you can make it!

Your appointment will be accepted upon the availability of staff. We will reach out within 72 hours of your appointment to confirm your scheduled appearance.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, call us at (469) 463-4393 72 hours before your appointment to request another date and time. Your rescheduled appointment will be accepted based on salon availability.

Cancellation requires a 48-hour notice due to time blocking or is subject to a 50% fee.

There is a 10-minute grace period after your appointment time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, a late fee of $35.00 will be applied to the final balance of your appointment. Depending on availability, appointments over 10 minutes late will be counted as no-shows.

No-shows and Same Day Cancellations will be a complete 100% of the total appointment price.

There is a strict no-kids policy enforced within the salon. If you arrive with children, we will ask you to reschedule your appointment to another day, and you will lose your deposit.

We now offer a Buy Now, Pay Later option through Afterpay. Please Book your appointment as a regular appointment, and pay the 20% deposit, you will be able to use Afterpay for the remaining 80% balance the day of your appointment. There will be an additional 7% fee to use Afterpay, reflected on your final balance.

  • You will receive a separate text message to your phone number with a payment link that will offer you the option to use the service.

  • You must process the appointment with Afterpay before you receive your service, the day of to ensure you have been approved for the correct balance.
